data int/float Numeric data to be formatted.
signed int 0 – unsigned, 1 – soft sign, 2 – hard sign.
before int Number of digits to the left of the decimal point.
after int Number of digits to the right of the decimal point.
leading int 0 – no leading zeros, 1 – leading zeros.
group int 0 – no grouping, 1– group digits in threes.
