This command configures settings and thresholds that define when the IES-612-51A is to send
an alarm trap and generate a syslog entry.
Configure alarm profiles first and then use the
alarmprofile map
command to set the IES-
612-51A to use them with specific DSL ports.
The following example sets an alarm profile named
SESalarm
that has the IES-612-51A send
an alarm trap and generate a syslog whenever the upstream connection’s number of severely
errored seconds exceeds three within a 15 minute period.
52.3.3 Alarm Profile Delete Command
Syntax:
ras> adsl alarmprofile delete
where
This command allows you to delete an individual alarm profile by its name. You cannot delete
the DEFVAL alarm profile.
The following example deletes the
SESalarm
alarm profile.
