Possible Cause Checks Corrective Action
Incorrect keyswitch set up at
console (consoles IA, II, IA+
and II+). Check SW3-5 on consoles IA
and II). If 2-position
keyswitch, SW3-5 should be
closed; if a 4-position
keyswitch, SW3-5 should be
open. For consoles IA+ and
II+, check console
configuration. If not correct, change switch
settings or console
configuration as needed.
