How to Shoot a Still Picture for
5 Seconds (Snapshot)
■ Using the Snapshot Function
Recording a still picture for approx. 5 seconds can be
performed by pressing a single button.
Notes:
1. Since the still picture is recorded from the image
memory, the picture quality may be slightly inferior to
that of normally recorded pictures.
2. To prevent picture distortion, do not move or shake
the Movie Camera during still picture shooting.

Press in the Shooting Pause Mode.
•The image in the Viewfinder stands still and the
“SNAP” Indication appears in the Viewfinder.
•The still picture will be recorded for approx.
5 seconds.
Notes:
1. When using this function repeatedly, wait at least 2 to
3 seconds before pressing the [SNAPSHOT REC]
Button again.
2. While the Digital Wipe Function or the Digital Mix
Function is activated, this function cannot be
operated.
3. If the Viewfinder has been turned off by the Auto
Power Save Function, the Snapshot Function cannot
be activated.
Aufnehmen eines Standbildes für
5 Sekunden
(Schnappschuß-Funktion)
■ Benutzung der Schnappschuß-Funktion
Durch Drücken einer einzigen Taste kann ein Standbild
ca. 5 Sekunden lang aufgenommen werden.
Hinweise:
1. Da das Standbild aus dem digitalen Bildspeicher
aufgezeichnet wird, sind Bildqualität und -auflösung
im Vergleich zu den auf normale Weise
aufgezeichneten bewegten Bildern etwas geringer.
2. Um Bildstörungen zu vermeiden, den
Camerarecorder während der Schnappschuß-
Aufnahme nicht bewegen oder Erschütterungen
aussetzen,

drücken.
• Das Bild im Sucher steht still, und die Anzeige
„SNAP“ erscheint im Sucher.
•Das Standbild wird für eine Dauer von ca.
5 Sekunden aufgezeichnet.
Hinweise:
1. Bei wiederholt durchgeführter Schnappschuß-
Aufnahme sollte jeweils 2 bis 3 Sekunden gewartet
werden, bevor die Taste [SNAPSHOT REC] erneut
gedrückt wird.
2. Wenn die Funktion „Digital Wipe“ oder „Digital Mix“
aktiviert ist, kann diese Funktion nicht benutzt werden.
3. Nachdem der Sucher durch die Stromspar-Funktion
ausgeschaltet worden ist, kann die Schnappschuß-
Funktion nicht ausgelöst werden.
