12.3 Configuration Files

With all Materials in the READY or STOP state, the configuration of the Cygnus 2
may be sent to a storage device attached to the USB port. Configuration files will
be written with the default name CYGNUS2.ISC. The configuration file can be
named within the eight-character limitation that exists in the USB file handling
firmware. File names cannot contain the space character. The Cygnus 2 will use
the .ISC extension to identify configuration files. The Cygnus 2 will ignore or reject
IC/5 IC6, and Cygnus.ISC configuration files—these files are not compatible with
the Cygnus 2.
