The installation information file will not be created if any of the following
conditions are met:
• The installation information file already exists.
• A folder with the same name as the installation information file exists.
• The parent folder does not exist.
• The user does not have write permission for the parent folder.
Action
Make sure that the installation information file does not meet any of the above
conditions.
