NoOverCurrentProtection and OverCurrentProtectionMode are
cleared.
0 = No over-current condition
1 = Over-current condition

(Read) DeviceRemoteWakeupEnable
This bit enables ports' ConnectStatusChange as a remote wakeup
event.
0 = disabled
1 = enabled
