ExEN [0]: Entry x Comparison Enable bit
Default value: 0
Set the bits to selectively enable entry location comparison. To disable an entry location, clear the
appropriate bit. If S/W wants to change some entry data, it has to disable the selected entry and
monitor corresponding CNTx till the value is 0, then it is acceptable to change new entry data.
