Enabling front panel control mode
Front panel display in Workstation mode
If your iDDR is in Workstation mode, you can switch to front panel control mode
using the front panel controls or from Workstation display on the VGA monitor.
NOTE: When the iDDR switches to front panel mode, AppCenter releases control of
all iDDR channels and operation is interrupted.
To enable to front panel control mode, do one of the following:
• In AppCenter, click
View
, then select
Front Panel
.

• On the front panel, press
, then select
Front Panel
.
Locking the front panel
Locking the front panel prevents accidental interruption of iDDR operation.
• To lock the front panel, press the
MENU
button, then use the control knob to scroll
and select Tools, then select
Lock Out Panel
.
• To unlock the front panel, press the front panel
ESC/SHIFT
and the
MENU
buttons,
then uncheck
Panel Locked
.
