1. The minimum frame size is adjusted according to the frame structure and parameters selected.
2. For Frame Loss function, the frame size is not configurable and set to the minimum value.
3. For the Loopback function the maximum frame size is 16000 bytes for all rates at the exception of 10/100/1000Mbps
electrical interface which is 10000 bytes.
