Explanation
(1) The workpiece is approaching to
the detection zone, however, the
SL-V does not go to the muted
condition because both muting
input 1 and 2 are OFF. At this point,
the SL-V continues normal opera-
tions, and OSSD goes OFF if the
SL-V gets interrupted.
(2) The workpiece interrupts the beam
from sensor A1 first, and then inter-
rupts the beam from sensor A2.
Then the SL-V goes into the muted
condition and the OSSD does not
turn off even if the SL-V detects an
interruption.
(3) The SL-V goes back to the normal
operation (not muted) if either sen-
sor A1 or sensor A2 turns off as
workpiece passes.
