Example when going into a lockout condition from a muted condition
• When using a PNP output type cable to connect to a PNP input device
• When using an NPN output type cable to connect to an NPN input device
• When using a PNP output type cable to connect to an NPN input device
• When using an NPN output type cable to connect to a PNP input device
If there are two or more causes for a lockout condition, the SL-V outputs the pulse representing the first
cause of lockout condition.
If the SL-V still has another cause of lockout even after removing the first, the SL-V outputs the pulse
string representing the cause of the secondary problem detected by the SL-V.
