Changing of the condition for muting lamp

(1) Follow the procedure under "Entering the password".

"Entering the password" (page 2-39)

(2) This setting depends on the state of the override input (red/black wire on the receiver).

ON: Lockout condition is initiated if the muting lamp has a failure. (the interlock indicator on the
receiver blinks.)

OFF: Lockout condition is not initiated even if the muting lamp has a failure, which means the default
specification. (the interlock indicator on the receiver does not light.)

(3) Turn ON the muting input 1.

(4) Turn ON the muting input 2, and then turn OFF the muting input 2. You must repeat this action two

times. The bar LED 2 on the receiver lights in green.

(5) Turn OFF the muting input 1.

(6) Turn ON the muting input 2.
(7) Turn ON the muting input 1, and then turn OFF the muting input 1. You must repeat this action four

times. The bar LED 3 on the receiver lights in red.

(8) Turn OFF the muting input 2.
(9) If these procedures are performed correctly, the bar LED 2 on the receiver lights in green. After-

wards, the center indicator on the receiver lights in red and then lights in green again approximately

one second later. This indicates that the settings are completed.

(10) Turn OFF the power to the SL-V, and then the interlock mode selection input (pink wire from the

transmitter) must be wired.

"Interlock Function" (page 2-7)

(11) The setting is changed when the power to the SL-V is turned ON. The SL-V keeps this condition

even if the power to the SL-V is turned OFF.

When another condition for muting, regardless of initiation or termination, is also changed in addition to the
change of the above-mentioned condition, you can continue the procedure for another condition following
the step (9).
On the other hand, when the change of the above-mentioned condition follows the change of another con-
dition for muting, regardless of initiation or termination, you can waive the step (1).
