Troubleshooting
If the SL-V is not operating as desired, refer to the display indicators as shown in the figure below. If the
center indicators are blinking red or the interlock indicator is blinking yellow then the SL-V is in a lockout
condition.
If the SL-V has detected any kind of irregularity, the OSSD (output control) will lock itself in the OFF state.
When this occurs, bar LEDs 1 through 5 will indicate the source of the problem and the center display
light will blink red.
Additionally, output 2 will indicate the source of the problem via the number of pulses it scintillates.
To terminate the lockout condition, remedy the problem indicated and recycle power.
