Performance Monitoring
Performance Monitoring describes monitoring the feedback values and
comparing them to programmed values. Should a deviation exceed the
selected tolerance percentage a fault will be generated. Selectable values for
the performance monitoring are 2%, 5%, and 10%.
Open (or create) a weld schedule. From the Weld Schedule - Main screen
touch Weld. Choose Data Acquisition from the Weld Schedule - Weld
screen then select value for Performance Monitoring tolerance for the
weld parameters from the pull-down menu on the Weld Identification
Information screen. Choose an appropriate value for the application.
