Manual Weld Head Calibration
To calibrate a weld head manually, touch the Calibration Icon , select Manual
and then use a program with appropriate RPM and time for the weld head as
shown in Table 1. At a rotational speed of 1 RPM, the rotor should com-
plete one Revolution (360°) in 60 seconds.
The manual calibration program should have no travel start delay (0.0
sec) and no Downslope time (0.0 sec). Calibration programs must be run
in Test Mode Only. If the weld head goes too far or comes up short, adjust
the screw on the calibration pot counter clockwise (CCW) to slow it down or
clockwise (CW) to speed up the rotation. Repeat as necessary.
