hapter 13. Weld Head Calibration
and Operation
W
eld heads must be calibrated for rotational speed to the power supplies
with which they are to be used. With the weld head plugged into the power
supply touch the calibration icon on the tool bar. For manual calibration
you must use a manual calibration program in Test Mode with the correct
amount of time for the RPM used and adjust the rotational speed using the
weld head potentiometer.
