Accumulators not loaded on "Open Parentheses"
(an A[, AN[, O[, ON[, XON[ command has been
programmed, although neither the word nor the logic
accumulator has been gated or loaded)
Incorrect type of parentheses result (a different type
has been calculated in the parentheses from that which
was defined in the "Open Parentheses" command, i.e.
logic instead of word or vice versa)
Conditional jump with incorrect logic accumulator
(a conditional jump has been programmed, although the
logic accumulator does not contain a definite value)
Empty CASE instruction
"END-CASE" missing
