From NC-software 259 93x.08 and 259 94x.08 the compensation values and the relations can be stored in
files with the extensions .COM and .CMA.
If there is no .CMA file on the external data medium, the compensation value tables from the code
number 105 296 are valid. These files can be read in as described in section 17.4.4.

1) Caution : Until the software version 12 the dimensions "MM" must be contained after the file name in the
header of a .COM file; otherwise the file cannot be read in (if required, use a text editor
to insert MM)
