+CSQ – Signal Quality
Description:
This command is used to ascertain the received signal strength indication () and
the channel bit error rate () with or without a SIM card inserted.
Syntax:
AT+CSQ
Response syntax:

0: –113 dBm or less
1: –111 dBm
30: –109 to –53 dBm
31: –51dBm or greater
99: not known or not detectable

0...7: as RXQUAL values in the table GSM 05.08
