Syntax:
QoS Port Scheduler Mode [] [strict|weighted]
Parameters:
: Port list or 'all', default: All ports
strict : Strict mode
weighted: Weighted mode
(default: Show port scheduler mode)

Set the port schedule mode in weighted mode
