Setting Method
1 Press the [Up or Down] key and move the cursor to CALC.
Number of Averaging Measurements
Take the following procedure to determine the number of times to average measured
values.
Setting Range
Select the number of averaging measurements from the following.
1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024, 2048, and 4096
If you want to average the fluctuation of measured values and obtain stable results,
select a comparatively large number. For high-speed measurement, the number se-
lected should be comparatively small.
2 Press the [ENT] key.
The cursor moves to the coefficient for
AREA1 (A1).
3 Press the [Up or Down] key and set
the coefficient for AREA1 (A1).
4 Press the [Right] key and move the
cursor to the coefficient for AREA2
(A2).

5 Press the [Up or Down] key and set
the coefficient for AREA2 (A2).
6 Press the [ENT] key.
The input data is entered and the cursor
returns to CALC.
Note:
When the measurement mode is set to Average Hold, set the averaging
number to 1.
