Function Output Selection
Select either Focus, Area, or Difference to be output from the output terminal block on the
rear panel.
Setting Range
Any one of the following items is selectable for output. Refer to Section 7 I/O Terminals
on page 7-1 for the FUNCTION output terminals in details.
• Focus monitor
• Area check
• Difference check

Select FUNCTION and press the [ENT]
key.
The cursor moves to the setting item.
