Press the [Up or Down] key and move the cursor to D-UNIT.

Press the [ENT] key.
The cursor moves to the setting item.

Press the [Up or Down] key and
select the display unit.
To change the unit to UNIT1 or UNIT2,
press the SCREEN key for 2 s.

Press the [ENT] key.
The input item is entered and the cursor
returns to D-UNIT.

Minimum Display Unit
The minimum display unit can be changed.
Setting Range
Select the minimum display unit from the following choices.
• mm:
0.00001, 0.00002, 0.00005, 0.0001, 0.0002, 0.001, 0.01, 0.1
•
μ
m: 0.01, 0.02, 0.05, 0.1, 0.2, 1
• UNIT1: 0.0000005, 0.000001, 0.00001, 0.0001
• UNIT2: 0.0005, 0.001, 0.01, 0.1
Note: When the minimum display unit is changed, all set values will be reset to
default values (e.g., output set values and tolerance set values). Refer to
page 5-60 for default values and available value setting ranges.
