3. Double-click the base map to which you want to add the utility module. Then the base map is displayed.
4. Right-click the root menu item in the right pane of the base map, and select Settings. Then the Map
Settings window opens.
5. Click the Before/After Menu Options tab, and select Before user menus.
6. Click Insert Utility, and the Add Utility window is displayed.
7. Navigate to the folder where the utility module is located. Double-click the utility module to add it to
the utility module list.
8. Close the Map Settings window to save the changes.
9. Click Save, and close the base map window. Then the utility module is successfully added to the
base map.
