Job States
2. Enter a separate LOC, DEV command for each location connected to the device:

To delete job 37, enter:

To determine whether manager access is enabled for your spooler, enter:
) SPOOLER, STATUS DETAIL

To enable manager access, enter:
) SPOOLER, MGRACCESS ON

To check the status of manager access again, enter:
) SPOOLER, STATUS DETAIL

To change the location of job 566 to #HT5 and specify that two copies be printed:

A job can be in any of these states:

STATE: ACTIVE
MGRACCESS: OFF
LOG FILE: $0

17> SPOOLCOM JOB 566, HOLD, LOC #HT5, COPIES 2, START
Open (OPN)
The job has been added to the spooler. It remains in this state until the
collector has finished storing the data on disk.
Ready (RDY)
The job is ready to print, but has not yet begun to print because another job
is ahead of it in the device queue or its location is not connected to a device.
Hold (HLD)
The job has been placed on hold in order to prevent it from printing or in
order to change its attributes.
Print (PRT)
The job is being printed.
