UNITS LO

–3000 to 30000
Note: Fixed at 0 when process input
linearization type is SQR ROOT.
OUTPUT
LAST
FIXED
This is the output required during an input fault.
When an input failure is detected, controller is
put in manual and calculated output switches to
the fault output value.
FAULT OP
xx
0 to 100%
If heat/cool is used, the output value (OV) can
be determined from heat output (HO) or cool
output (CO) and crossover value (CV) as
follows:
OV (Heat) = (((100-CV) × HO)/100) + CV
OV (Cool) = CV - ((CV × CO)/100)
LEVL PCT
xx
0 to 100%
This is the percentage of input level used to
generate a fault condition and is calculated
using the configured input span.
For example, at the 10% level a fault in a 0 to 5
volt input (span is 5 volts) would trigger at
–0.01 (lower limit) and 5.5V and at the 20%
level it would trigger at –0.01 and 6.0V. At the
100% level, a 4 to 5V input with a span of 1V
would trigger a fault at 3 and 6V.
Limits on detection levels are:

–0.01 to 6.0V
