Circuit common is disconnected from terminal #29 on instruments
built for EU EMC compliance (electrical code 12). The common
return for these instruments must be connected to one of the other
common terminals, #2 or #9.

Digital input specifications are:

Input Type: Dry contact or dc voltage inputs

Open: 50K ohms minimum or 4-24V dc

Closed: 50 ohms maximum or <1.5V dc

Sample Time: 0.25 Seconds
