Notes:
1.) The configured engineering units rate for totalization must be hours,
minutes, or seconds. For example, 6 million gallons per day converts
into minutes as follows: 6,000,000/(24*60) = 4166.66 gals/min.
Converting to hours, 6,000,000/24 = 250,000 gals/hour. Both of these are
a 1:1 conversion (display multiplier= 1). Since engineering units is 30000
maximum, 2500 could be used in place of 250,000 (display multiplier =
100).
