Running the Report Setup Wizard

The Main Report Setup page contains every Report Setup item in a list. The top item in the list is
the Report Setup Wizard. The Report Setup Wizard steps through the entire Report Setup item
list. Set any undesired Report Setup Items to Not Observed.
