System Fault Messages and Fault Clearing
A system fault is generated by the Navigation Controller and can interrupt the real-time operation
of Fieldware. When a system fault occurs, the Navigation Controller alarm sounds and a Fault Dia-
log appears over the real-time operation page (see Figure 5-17).
When a system fault occurs, it is necessary to address the origin of the fault and clear the fault
from the system, in order to continue with real-time operation. Table 5-5 describes how to clear a
system fault.
