This section assumes the following:
• The FieldPilot plug-in has been activated (see “Installing the Plug-in on the Console” on page
5-4)
• The FieldPilot hardware has been installed and properly setup by a qualified FieldPilot techini-
can.
This user guide does not cover specific GPS receiver operation. Please refer to the manual that
came with your GPS receiver.
Powering Up
To power up the Legacy 6000 console, press the orange button on the left side of the console
faceplate. When the Legacy 6000 console is powered up, Fieldware-SA for the Legacy 6000 auto-
matically starts. The first screen is the Main Fieldware - SA Launcher (Figure 5-8). System Setup,
System Tools, and Application Rate Manager (ARM) are accessed from the Main Launcher page.
