Commands in the "Extras" menu

The Extras menu provides commands and options for working with and displaying in the

graphic editor. (You can of course also perform programming by entering the

corresponding instructions in the text editor.) Corresponding buttons also appear on the

tool bar. A tick appears in front of activated options in the 'Extras' menu and the

corresponding buttons on the tool bar look like they have been pressed.

Note!

It is entirely possible to select more than one of the Tool Radius Correction,

Round Path, Smooth Path and Avoid Loop options. In so doing, you can simulate

the effect of path preprocessing POUs connected in series. Only the 'Tool Radius

Correction' and 'Round Path'/'Smooth Path' path preprocessing options cannot

be activated at the same time.

If this option is activated, you can select a graphic element in the CNC editor by

clicking with the mouse. Once an element has been selected, it turns red and

the corresponding line is highlighted in the text editor. Click the end point of an

element and hold the mouse button down to move the element with the

mouse.

If this option is activated, clicking with the mouse within the editor pane will

insert a G01 line element. The new element will start behind the currently

selected (red) element. The mouse position defines the destination (end point)

of the line.

If this option is activated, clicking with the mouse within the editor pane will

insert a G02 circle element for clockwise motion. The new element will be

inserted behind the currently selected (red) element. The mouse position

defines the destination (end point). The radius of the circle is set to 100 by

default; if necessary, this can be modified in the text editor.
