3.2.6 Virtual time axis (SMC_TimeAxisFB)
This function block generates a time axis which it provides in the output Axis (AXIS_REF).
With a rising edge in the input bExecute the set position of the time axis starts to
increment in seconds, beginning with 0. If the input bPeriodic is set, it starts again with 0
when the time fPeriod is reached. The input fOverride specifies a time multiplicator that is
set to 1 by default. A 2 would mean that the time would elapse twice as quickly.
fRampInTime defines the time the block has to ramp to the new override after the new
setpoints have been accepted. In the input fTaskCycle the cycle time of the task from which
the block is called has to be specified in seconds.
