From the management platform map:
1. Select the label representing the Avaya C360 Device you want to
manage.

Double-click the Avaya C360 Device.

Select Tools > Avaya Device Manager .

1. Select the Avaya C360 Device you want to manage.
2. Click in the OpenView toolbar.
