. This function displays a summary of the journal entries collected since
the last time the journal was printed.

X. This function is used to display and print records either before or after they have
been audited.

. Generates a management report of journal entries that match a user-
defined set of filtering parameters.

. This function “marks” all unprinted records as audited.

. This function stores all journal entries prior to a selected date into an
archive file.
