customer will be presented with the ‘Would You Like To Check Your Account Balance?’
screen. Here is an example of the modified Optional Screens dialog:
A screen prompting the customer to perform a balance inquiry will be displayed if the following
conditions have been met:
• Receipt printer in service.
• Non-Bansi customer detected.
• ‘Prompt for Balance’ option enabled in Management Functions.
The balance inquiry prompt will appear immediately after PIN entry.
NOTE: By default, the ‘Prompt for Balance’ option will be ENABLED.
