The customer will only be presented with currency exchange transactions for currency types that
have been configured and have a non-zero exchange rate assigned. A currency type must be set
in service and have a non-zero multiple amount in order to be presented to the customer.
For example, if Euro (cassette A) and US Dollars (cassette B) are configured but only an
exchange rate for Euro has been sent from the host, only the option for Euro will be displayed.
The terminal administrator can configure multiple cassettes to be the same currency (with either
the same or different denominations). A currency exchange transaction for that currency type
should perform standard large to small bill mix similar to an ATM withdrawal. Other bill mix
methods will not be used.
No Account Selection Screen
The customer will not be prompted to select an account for a currency exchange or balance
enquiry transaction. This option will not be available to the terminal administrator in
Management Functions. Note that the account type sent to the host in the transaction request
will be the account type configured in Management Functions in Terminal Configuration =>
General Parameters = > Account Type
