Changes to Withdrawal Types
This software release changes the wording (but not the behavior) of the Withdrawal options on
the Transaction Selection screen. The option previously named “Withdrawal – No Receipt” has
been renamed as “Withdrawal” and the option previously named “Withdrawal” has been
renamed as “Withdrawal with Receipt” as shown here:
Bill Mix Methods
In previous software releases, if 2 or more cassettes contained the same denomination then all
bills would be dispensed from one cassette before using the second. A new bill mix method has
been added to alternate between cassettes of like denomination for each transaction. The bill mix
methods are:

Minimize (the current method)
•
Minimize EW (for “Even Wear”)
This option can be configured in Management => Terminal Configuration => Cassette Setup.
Journal Data in Host Response
This software release contains a new feature to allow journal data to be sent to the host in a
transaction or configuration download response message. This feature can only be
