Many Management Functions, such as Close, Journal, and Diagnostic functions, produce a report summa-
rizing the results of the operation. Most reports are displayed in a Management Report dialog, which you
can use to print the report to the receipt printer or save to an external memory device (USB jumpdrive).
The buttons on the Management Report dialog let you perform the following actions:

. Scrolls the report up a maximum of
one full page.

. Moves directly to the first page of the
report.

. Sends the report to the terminal receipt
printer for hardcopy output.

mum one full page.

. Moves directly to the last page of the
report.

. Saves the report as a text file to
an external memory device.

Note: If saving to an external memory device, the device must be installed (USB port) BEFORE saving
to that device.
