Known Issues
Rear Service Panel blank screen
In some instances on a FT or RT terminal with a rear service panel, a blank screen on the rear
service panel or the touch screen being unresponsive has occurred after version 1.8.5 software
has been loaded. To resolve the issue, the technician should perform a restart or reset the
terminal from the front panel in management functions.
