Archive Unaudited Records
This software release has the capability to automatically delete journal data without first auditing
the journal. This feature can be used to force the terminal to stay in service even when the
journal size reaches the maximum defined size.
IMPORTANT: Only enable this feature if you are aware of the implications of this. Enabling
this feature will cause unaudited journal data to be deleted and cannot be recovered.
The auto archive dialog in Management => Electronic Journal => Auto Archive has been
modified to add an option to allow archive/delete of unaudited records:
Selecting option 4 to enable this feature will display the following message:
Selecting “Enter” will continue to the next prompt and selecting “Cancel” will leave it disabled.
