No Customer Surcharge Screens
No customer surcharge or LIS5 screens will be available with this software release. Note that a
surcharge amount can be configured or sent by the host, but a surcharge screen will not be
displayed to the customer. Only commission or positive issuer fees as described above will be
displayed. The total withdrawal amount will reflect all applied fees.
Balance Enquiry Amounts
Balance enquiry transactions will print amounts in the local currency only.
Configuration Summary Changes
The configuration summary report in Management Functions will list all currency types
supported as well as fast cash amounts, maximum withdrawal amounts, and exchanges rates for
each.
Also, the commission amount and currency description for each cassette will be listed.
Day Close Totals
The existing day close and trial day close reports will be used. The totals normally displayed for
“Withdrawal” transactions will be the totals for the “Currency Exchange” transactions. Totals
will also be broken out by currency type.
Journal Data
All currency exchange transaction journal data will include the amount requested and amount
dispensed in both local and foreign currency as well as currency type dispensed and exchange
rate applied. Commission will be stored in local currency.
