I am not able to perform F-Code
Based Confidential Transmission.
Does the destination party’s fax machine
have the same F-Code Based
Confidential Communication capabilities
as your fax machine?
If the destination fax machine does not
have the same F-Code Based
Confidential Communication capabilities
as your machine, F-Code Based
Confidential Transmission will NOT be
possible. Check with the destination party.

Is there an appropriate box (equal to an
F-Code Box) registered in the
destination fax?
Check with the destination party.

Is the subaddress and the F-Code
password that you entered correct?
If you think the information you entered
IS correct, check with the other party.

Is the memory in the transmitting party’s
fax full?
Check with the transmitting party.

I am not able to print out
documents from my F-Code Box.
Are the subaddress and the F-Code
password that you entered correct?

information.

During registration of an F-Code
Box, an error occurs when I enter
the subaddress is entered and
I cannot register the F-Code Box.
Is the subaddress (4 digits) you are
trying to enter the same as a registered
Confidential Box number (4 digits)?
You CANNOT register an F-Code Box
subaddress (4 digits) that is identical to a
registered Confidential Box number.
Select a different subaddress.
I am not able to perform F-Code
Based Bulletin Board Reception.
Does the transmitting party’s fax
machine have the same F-Code Based
Bulletin Board Communication
capabilities as your fax machine?
If the transmitting party’s fax machine
does not have the same F-Code Based
Bulletin Board Communication capabilities
as your machine, F-Code Based Bulletin
Board Reception will NOT be possible.
