An error has occurred during a fax transmission or fax reception.
Check the error code – that indicates the origin of the error – on the corresponding
Transmission Report (or Reception Report) that is printed out after the error.

ALTERNATE DISPLAY key is held down during a communication to multiple

• Use the cursor up or the cursor down key to select “Yes” if you want to continue the
current operation. However, the individual communication in progress at the time the

• Use the cursor up or the cursor down key to select “No” if you want to cancel the
communication to all remaining destinations.
* During Continuous Polling Reception, only the polling cycle in progress at the time

documents that were already scanned and will start the scanning operation once again
from the document that jammed.
The memory has reached its capacity while scanning in documents. Press the Enter
key and perform the appropriate procedure according to the contents of the message
display.
If you do not press the Enter key within a certain amount of time, the Auto Clear
