Send input and output data (cf. fieldbus communication)

The communications partner uses this request to send input data to the PNOZmulti and re-
quest output data from the PNOZmulti (see section entitled "Fieldbus modules", under "Ba-
sics").
As with fieldbus communication, 20 Bytes each are reserved for input and output data (Byte
8 – 27); they are updated approx. every 15 ms.
