Example 2: Connection addresses on multiple point-to-point connections with safe
Ethernet connection
} Communication partner 1 maintains a point-to-point connection with communication
partners 2 and 3. A total of four different connection addresses are needed for the two
point-to-point connections. In the example, connection addresses 30 and 31 are to be
used for point-to-point connection 1 and addresses 40 and 41 for point-to-point connec-
tion 2.
} Other potential connections in the network may no longer use connection addresses
30, 31, 40 and 41.
