1. With the selected data displayed, press MENU to display the function menu. Only
two functions are available; PRINT and SAVE.
2. Type P to select PRINT
• Short cut: Instead of (1) and (2), press CODE + P ^PRINT;.

Insert a diskette in the drive.
With the selected data displayed, press MENU to display the function menu. Only
two functions are available; PRINT and SAVE.
Type S to select SAVE. The ADDRESSBOOK INDEX screen appears and you
are requested to enter a file name.
Short cut: Instead of (2) and (3), press FILE.
Type a file name and press RETURN to save the data.
NOTE:
If the file name already exist, this message will appear:

FILENAME; XXXXXXXXiMRG
Press RETURN if you want to overwrite the existing file. If you want to keep the
existing file, type a new file name and press RETURN. You can also press
CANCEL to return to the display of the selected data without saving.
