This section explains how to input and edit data in the abbreviated phrase memory.

Press MENU to display the function menu.
Type 2 to select GRAMMAR2.
Type M to select ABBREVIATED PHRASE MAINTENANCE. The following
display appears;

4. To enter new data, type the name, press TAB to switch to the phrase area, then
type the phrase and press RETURN.
NOTE:
Use only letters, numbers and periods for the name.
5. To edit an existing line of data, select the line and press RETURN. The data will
appear in the input area. Edit the data, then press RETURN again.
6. To return to the WP screen and resume typing, press FILE or press MENU to
display the menu and select EXIT.
NOTE:
If you have added phrases, you will need to save the abbreviated phrase memory
onto the diskette.
