3. To set a margin at the carriage position, press CODE + L MAR or CODE +
R MAR.
NOTES:
• Margins cannot be set while in display mode (centering, right margin flush,
decimal tab) or in UL mode.
• There must be at least two inches between margins.
• The margin settings are reset to their default values when you switch the power
off, then on.

Pressing CODE + PITCH changes the pitch through the following cycle;
PITCH:10 12 15 10
Pitch Number of Characters per inch
10 (PICA) 10 characters per inch
12 (ELITE) 12 characters per inch
15 (MICRON) 15 characters per inch
NOTES:
The pitch cannot be changed while in display mode (centering, right margin flush,

The pitch can be changed in UL mode only before entering text on the screen.
